BAR-K-R Ranch in Pottsboro Texas

BAR-K-R Ranch is located at the intersection of Oak Hills Estates Road, Cooks Corner and Georgetown Road in Pottsboro, TX. From Hwy 75, Exit at 120.  Go west on Hwy 120 (it will become Hwy 996 when it crosses Hwy 289).  About 4 miles out of Pottsboro, 996 will curve north and you will soon come to a sign that says 996 end of state maintenance. Not to worry, it’s still a paved road. Keep going north until you come to a large gate that says Oak Estates. Continue north through the gate on the private road to the first driveway on the right, that’s the BAR-K-R Ranch.

From Hwy 120 in Pottsboro, turn north on Hwy 289 and turn left on Georgetown Road.  Turn right at the large gate that says Oaks Estates.  Continue north through the gate on the private road to the first driveway on the right, that’s the BAR-K-R.
