Let’s Get Sprouting!  All about seeds and what you need to know to make them sprout.  We will discuss basic seed information, heirloom vs hybridized, reading a seed package, planting media and posts, best growing environment, problems, transplanting, and where to access seeds.

Becky Hogenson has been a Grayson County Master Gardener since 2017.  She has completed horticulture classes offered through North Central Texas College receiving certificates in Horticulture and Landscape Design.  She will be presenting the soil lecture to the new Master Gardener intern class starting in March.
