City of Pottsboro Frontier Day and Parade – Cancelled
Due to a fire at the Pottsboro Area Chamber of Commerce office, the 2021 Frontier Day has been cancelled. Electricity cannot be provided to vendors.
The Pottsboro Chamber of Commerce celebrates community 50 years strong!
Frontier Day will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Friendship Park. Annual attendance is over 7,000 people, exhibiting 100 arts and crafts vendors and food vendors. This years parade will be offering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place float prizes. We will have our carnival, live music, and an upgraded children’s area that will have a petting zoo, and other fun activities for our youth. We will be having live broadcast from KLAK, and live entertainment throughout the day.
The theme for the 2021 Frontier Day Parade is The Show Must Go On. Those participating in the parade are asked to decorate their entry with the carnival/circus theme. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Prizes for best entry. Parade Registration Deadline: August 28th Call 903.786.6371
