After growing up in south Texas, going to a conservative Christian college & becoming a restaurant manager, Billy decided to do his career a favor & start doing stand-up comedy. His unique way of thinking has delighted comedy club goers for years across the south. While working with comics like Tom Rhodes, Bruce Bruce & Brian Posehn, Billy is very funny & almost likable, even if he does have an arrest record!
