13th Annual Memorial Day MURPH Challenge and Brunch potluck
The workout will have scaling options for our newer members and any guests attending. Please help scale your friends appropriately if they don’t do CF, this is a long one.
Since CrossFit Solus began we have completed Murph every Memorial day to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout has become symbolic for honoring ALL who have served our country in the military!
