Howe Texas Sesquicentennial Celebration – 150 years!
It’s the 150th birthday for the City of Howe and we’re celebrating all week leading up to the homecoming football game on Friday night. There will be performances, a parade, bonfire, community worship service, and a chamber dinner
The week-long celebration will kickoff with a Monday night 1880s style western gunfight.
Monday – 1880’s western gunfight at 6:30; Murder Mystery at Summit Gardens at 7:45 pm.
Tuesday – Parade and Bonfire at Bulldog Stadium. Parade begins at 7 pm from Howe Middle School down Highway 5 to Bulldog Stadium; watermelon Feast
Wednesday – Community Worship Service at Bulldog Stadium 7 pm
Thursday – Chamber Dinner and Historical Performance at Summit Hill Elementary School $15 for adults, $10 for students
Friday – Homecoming Football Game
