Unfortunately, there are far too many recipes that miss the mark and result in rubbery or leaden cakes and lackluster flavor. In this cooking class, learn what a REAL New York style cheesecake is! You’ll also pair it with delicious, varied fruits. Older kids with experience in the kitchen are welcome!
