Dutch Oven Dessert at Eisenhower State Park on Lake Texoma
Celebrate National Cheesecake Day with us by learning a new way to make this traditional dessert.
The historic art of Dutch Oven cooking isn’t “new”, but it can be a new skill you learn and share!
Expect to:
-Learn a little bit about the history of this traditional cookware
-Learn the basics of how to properly care for and use cast iron cookware
-Observe a cooking demonstration
-Enjoy a sweet treat and maybe even swap some recipes or tips and tricks from our rangers or other veteran Dutch oven chefs.

What to bring:
-Camp chair, water, sunblock and/or bug spray
