ENTREE OPTIONS 1) Prime Rib with Au Jus Sauce 2) Oven Baked Garlic Lemon Chicken Breast 3) Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Mushroom. This is served with Roasted Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus Bundles and Homemade Yeast Rolls.
