Discover Downtown Prosper: Moonlight Movie “Encanto” in downtown Prosper TX
The Discover Downtown Series of events culminates for 2022 with the Moonlight Movie on September 24! The event kicks off with strolling movie characters, lawn games, balloon artists, shaved ice and popcorn as the warm up acts to the featured family film Encanto. The movie tells the story of an extraordinary family who live in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wonderous, charmed place! Come meet Mirabel and Isabela before the movie!
The event venue is Prosper Town Hall, 250 W. First Street, Prosper. Games will open at 7 p.m. Bring your chairs and blankets to cozy up for the show in the parking lot, which will begin at 8:30 p.m.
Parking will be available onsite. Please enter the Town Hall area from Main Street and park on the north side of the building. Plan to come downtown early to grab a bite and a beverage your local downtown merchants!
The Discover Downtown Series is hosted by Parks and Recreation in partnership with the Prosper Economic Development Corporation (PEDC). Events are free of charge and presented for the community to experience the increasing revitalization in Downtown Prosper
