Fort Washita Ghost Stories Tour | Durant, Oklahoma
Join us for our annual Ghost Stories Tours at Fort Washita on October 22nd through October 26th. You will hear actual stories of haunted events that have occurred at the Fort in the past as well as the present.
This is a walking tour around the site that lasts approximately an hour over uneven terrain, so dress comfortably. This is a candlelight tour and each guest will be given a candle lantern to light the way. No flashlights allowed during the tour.
We will be taking reservations for tours starting on October 1st at 8:00 am. Reservations are only available in person or by phone. No email reservations. Call 580-924-6502 Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Tour fee is $5.00 per person.
Tour times are as follows:
Oct. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 – 7 pm, 7:45 pm, 8:30 pm and 9:15 pm
