Rusty Hinges Aqua Class at Waterloo Pool in Denison Texas
This is a low impact swim fitness class with the right balance of stretching, toning, and gentle low impact aerobic exercise that is great for fibromyalgia, arthritis, post surgery recovery and other conditions that cause the hinges to rust up. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 10 am.
